Our founder, Ryan Deasy, began his real estate investing journey in 2012 and has spent years studying what makes deals work—especially the financing behind them. Over time, it became clear that many investors weren't losing deals because of the property—they were losing deals because the lending process was slow, unclear, or built for owner-occupied buyers instead of investors.
So October Lending was created to be different: a refined, investor-focused firm that combines real-world rental experience with a high-performance lending process. We focus heavily on DSCR loans, hard money/bridge solutions, ground-up construction, and other investor-minded programs—because that's what serious investors actually use to scale.
